At onPsych Chaplaincy, our school wellbeing program connects dedicated wellbeing officers to work within pastoral care teams to meet the mental health needs of children in Australia. We are a non-profit organization.
Recognizing the fact that childhood and adolescence are formative stages of growth, our team of trained wellbeing officers nurture children and guide them through life’s biggest challenges with a range of psychosocial, community and pastoral resources and supports.

We educate them on relationships, conflict, and how to tap into their courage and potential.

Dr Mile Glamcevski
Student Wellbeing Manager (VIC)
PhD(Psy), M.ED(Ed.Psy), M.Soc.Work(Qual), M.BA
Milê is a dedicated professional with almost 30 years of experience in supporting the mental health, developmental and educational needs of children, school staff, and parents.
Milê holds a degree in psychology, social work and education. With extensive experience in delivering programs to support children, families and school communities struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, behavioral issues and educational difficulties.
He also has experience and a passion to develop the non-profit sector and in overseeing the management of school, welfare and mental health programs.

Katerina Pruiti
Student Wellbeing Manager (WA)
Katerina holds a Bachelor of Psychology and has worked as a Juvenile Justice Officer, Student Wellbeing Officer in a mainstream primary school and as WA Team Leader, supporting wellbeing officers in Western Australia. She continues to work as a Student Wellbeing Officer in a secondary education support centre for adolescents with disabilities and volunteers weekly with Perth Homeless Support Group’s outreach team.
Katerina believes that supporting the mental health of children and adolescents, teaching them to implement wellbeing strategies during their developmental years, assists them to become healthier, happier adults.
